I have this problem ALL the time! The trick is to flip your guitar over, to wear the open circle faces down. Rattle the guitar back and forth so that you can hear where its at. Once you've heard where it's at, you can rattle it to the direction to get it out! Hope this helped (: Works for me all the time.
