First you have to have an Action Replay device. Then you buy a chihuahua. After you name your dog make sure it is in the bottom right corner of your screen and save your game. Using your AR go to the dog modifier code and selct the dog you want. Start your game. Dont worry. You have to save your game again and hold the L and R buttons while the game is saving. When your game asks if you want to pwer off say no. Your dog will have changed to a puppy. YOU HAVE TO SAVE AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR DOG LIKE THIS. If you turn the power off without saving your dog will go back to a chihuahua. Hope this helps.
