Here are two ways to get Shiny Gyarados (Red Gyarados):
- Trade the Shiny Gyarados from Pokemon SoulSilver/HeartGold that you have gotten in the Lake of Rage to Pokemon Diamond.
- Fish or swim in the area where Gyarados spawn vastly. However, this is the longest way to do it, because the shiny rate is 1/8192. I'd recommend trading from SoulSilver or HeartGold.
