How do you get a regirock on Pokemon Emerald?

First you need a Pokemon that knows Rock Smash. Regirock is found in the desert ruins on Route 111 (in the desert). Once you're in the desert, make your way South and you should find Regirock's tomb. You have to defeat the elite four. In the tomb, the Braille code reads: "left, left, down, down. Then use Rock Smash." Follow these directions; tapping the directional button to move just one step at a time. The door to Regirock should reveal itself and you can catch it. You should buy lots of timer balls.

They are very usefull I got mine with them in one shot!
