That Depends: With Recover Questions: If you set up recovery questions, you can recover your password by answer them correctly, along with other questions that you should know about your account like where you made it and what your past passwords have been. If you cannot do that, you must create a new account. Jagex does ask however that you DO NOT E-Mail them about it, because when that happens the millions of other complaints that are actually answerable get in and they can answer them. Without Recovery Questions: Nothing. You HAVE TO HAVE Recoveries to recover your password, unless you check off the question that asks 'Do you have recoveries?' and answer everything else they ask correctly, then you might be able to get your account back. If you do, really consider setting up recovery questions. Also, remember to always make your recoveries memorable and try not to lose your account. Make your password unguessable and tell it to anyone. You can always write it down and put it by your computer, or put it on a word document and save it.
