Go to route 38 and go to the Moo Moo Farm. Talk to the Adults in the house. Feed all the Oran Berrys the Milktank needs to get Healthy again ((round 5 or 6) its in the barn). Then when it says Milktank is Healthier go to the 1st child (in the barn) and shes give you a seel case. Then go to the 2nd child (still in the barn) and she'll give you loads of seels.
