It depends on the girls figure. It depends on the waist size. For a waist that is narrower than 23 inches her hips should be 30 inches or less. For a 22-25 inch waist her hips should be 27-32 inches. For a 24-28 inch waist her hips should be 29-34 inches. For a waist that is 27-31 inches her hips should be 31-36 inches. For a waist that is wider than 30 inches her hips should be 35 inches or more. It is okay if your hips are a little big or small for your waist.
