Even though this is a Level 11, the butter knife is non dragon-amulet and hits 6-54. I think i got mine on the forest quest which is really easy but it can mostly be found in all quests Another one is a level 8 and deals 36-68, it is a group of weapons called Doom Weapons (Either in Staff, Dagger, of Axe) (Darkness) and Destiny Weapons (Same Dmg, also in Staff, Dagger, or Axe) (Light) that costs 28000 Gold.
