The ride is called "Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage", based on the 2003 film and its sequels. The feature in Tomorrowland is based on the original 1959 Submarine Voyage ride that closed in 1998.It is a submarine ride underwater. Visitors get to sit in a small, dark submarine and travel through a shallow pond. Underwater, the riders will get to meet Nemo, Dory, Bruce, and all the little fish characters from Disney's "Finding Nemo" movie.

The first successful submarine ride is generally credited to the American inventor David Bushnell, who launched his submarine, the Turtle, in 1776. However, this event did not occur in the Passaic River; it took place in New York Harbor. The Turtle was designed for underwater warfare but had limited success. The Passaic River is not historically associated with early submarine exploration.

It's called the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage.
first you have to ride the boat then go to the pub then you ask the guy in the blue then you will get it.
The ride officially opened on June 11, 2007, though there was a "soft" opening a few days earlier. The ride is heavily based on the much older Submarine Voyage ride (in the same location), which opened June 14, 1959.
You get the submarine ticket from the other two players in the pub, by winning at darts. Take the picture from the submarine back to the pub, where you find it is part of a movie prop. But the first dart player angrily returns and wants a rematch. Beat him to get the pennywhistle (from the bartender, not the sore loser).
You take the submarine ride on your second visit to Loch Ness. On your first, you get the camera, matches, and a ticket for the Rowboat ride, on which you take a picture of humps in the water. Since this is inconclusive, you return to Loch Ness and take the submarine tour (also using a ticket from the Pub), and finally a second solo trip in the rowboat.
