My personal suggestion would ask him nicely of course at first, or speak with your mother and/or father and get them to have him give you back the item and if worst comes to worst, maybe bribe him, do the dishes for him for a couple days.
you tell your parent or say to them (how would you feel if somebody took something of your and wouldn't give it back)
If your brother or sister is stealing from you, take something of theirs. A game, ipod or sleeping things, tell them to give you your things back and you will give them their things back. If they tell your mom or dad, just tell them you'll give it back if they give yours back. It works sometimes, make sure you tell them "end of story".
Give something back means if you take something you must give someone something else in return.
Unfortunately, i could not identify a country by the name of Suborn, or anything close. In the English language, Suborn is a verb (action word) and it means the following: to bribe or otherwise induce (someone) to commit an unlawful act such as perjury (lie while under a oath or promise to tell the truth). For example: John was accused of conspiring to suborn witnesses. Which means that John tried to give a witness to a crime some money, so that the witness would lie and not tell the truth about what he saw.
