I don't know how to get a suddowoodo but you could evolve your bonsly into a suddowoodo. A bonsly evolves at level 17 also whens it learns mimic, but you have to teach it mimic before it evolves You can catch a bonsly at the trophy garden also known as the Pokemon manshion on route 212.
