This works for all sims games. go to the neighborhood, click ctrl+shift+c and type i nboolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true. Then go to the desired house. Shift click on any of the sims, it does not have to be the teenager, and choose spawn... sim modder. then, click on the tennager. when u spawned the modder, a baby should have popped up. U R NOT IN ANYWAY REPONSIBLE FOR THIS BABY. click on the baby and choose, make me into... an then choose adult. make her whoohoo, then while she has the bump turn her back into a teenager.
