I reccomend rematching the Elite Four if your Pokemon's levels are around the 70's but if not, then try Cerulean Cave! If you're wanting to EV (Effort Value) train your pokemon, just find a pokemon with a high stat of something and keep defeating as many of those as you can. Example: Defeat a ton of Charizards and you might make your pokemon become speed demons or special sweepers!
