There's only 2 ways, the easy way and the hard way. ( PS..., only do the easy way if you chose a different starter Pokemon than Turtwig in the beginning of the game. )
Hard way: Choose turtwig as a starter Pokemon in the beginning of the game and evolve him up to Torterra. ( or if you already have him, your good. If you chose a different starter Pokemon and your already really far in the game, tough luck. You gotta go the hard way. ) Now either catch a ditto when you get the National Pokedex in route 218 with Pokeradar, or trade over the GTS to get ditto or the opposite gender Torterra. Now, go to Solaceon Town. If you go to the day care and leave your Torterra & Ditto/ Torterra and "other" Torterra for a while, chances are they'll have a turtwig egg hopefully. If your still in bad luck, your gonna get a level 1. Torterra!!
Easy way: Go to Jubilife City to the GTS. Trade some of your Pokemon for a Torterra and a Ditto. If you don't have the National Pokedex yet, you need a male Torterra and a female Torterra. Once you have your 2 Pokemon, ( usually overnight ) fly over to Solaceon Town and put both of your GTS Pokemon in the day care. After a while, they should have an egg. It SHOULD be a Turtwig egg, but if you have tough luck, your gonna hatch a level 1 Torterra.
