There are 5 sets of 3 bonus puzzles. The first set is Puzzle Numbers 121, 122, & 123 and are from assembling the Gizmo's in the Inventor's House. The second set of bonus puzzles is for furnishing Luke and Professor Layton rooms at the Decorator's House and are Puzzle numbers 124, 125, & 126. The third set of puzzles which are Puzzle Numbers 127, 128, & 129 are for assembling the painting scraps into a painting at the Art Lover's House. The fourth set of Puzzles which include Puzzle Numbers 130, 131, & 132 you get for completing the Game at the Golden Apple's House. The final set of puzzles at the Puzzles Master's House are puzzle number 133, 134, & 135 for completing puzzle numbers 1 through 132. If you mean the bonus puzzles, one set you get for finishing the robot dog, one set for putting all the correct furniture in Luke and Layton's rooms, one is for finishing the puzzle, one is for finishing the game, and one set you get for completing all the other bonus sets. (This is going from memory, but I'm pretty sure its right)
