In the Amity Square after 200 steps talk to your Pokemon and they'll have something. There's also a Massage Lady. She's in Veilstone City, house nearest to the gym. Come to here once a day and she'll give you accessories. In Floararoma Town, there's a shop that has berries. And give this one girl berries and she'll give you it. There's also contest rewards.
