How do you get all-star mode on Super Smash Bros Brawl?

To unlock Allstar mode you need to unlock every character in the game.

To unlock Fox, Falco, Lucario, Mr. Game and Watch, Snake, Olimar, Zelda, Captain Falcon, Sonic, Ice climbers, Pokemon Trainer, Bowser, Ganondorf, Ness, Lucas, Ike, Marth, Meta Knight, and King Dedede, you need to beat The SubSpace Emissionary. To unlock Toon Link, beat The SubSpace Emissionary then beat classic mode. To unlock Jiggly Puff you need to beat Events 1-20. To unlock Wolf you need to beat Boss Battles with Fox or Falco.

When you unlock every character it should say, "Congrations! You unlocked every character! Now you have unlocked Allstar mode!" I hope this helps you.
