To get Lady Goo Goo you have to be a moshi momberand do the first mission to recieve Lady Goo Goo. To get Roxy type in this code "HOBBIDIDANCE". Then after you type it in, go to your garden and open up your red pouch and there should be a special seed for roxy. Plant it with any two flowers. To get Dusbin Beaver you have to subscribe to the moshi magazine and for Blingo you would need to do the same as Dusbin Beaver. There is a code for Blingo but it keeps changing and the code can only be used ONCE.
Worldies:
To get *Rocky plant: Any love berry,any pepper and pink daisy. To get Liberty plant: Any love, black love and red love. To get *Cleo plant: Pink daisy, blue daisy and yellow apple. To get *Mini Ben plant: 3 Black snap apples.
