In Pokémon Diamond, in order to get the 7 evolutions of Eevee, you'll need 7 Eevee first and then you can use a Water Stone, a Thunder Stone and a Fire Stone on 3 of them in order for 1 of each to evolve into Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon. You get Umbreon by evolving Eevee between 8 PM and 4 AM when it has maximum happiness and you get Espeon by evolving Eevee between 4 AM and 8 PM when it has maximum happiness. You can evolve Eevee into Leafeon by going to the Moss Rock in Eterna Forest and leveling it up there. You can evolve Eevee into Glaceon by going to the Ice Rock that's near Slowpoint City and level your Eevee up there.
