All pieces of armor require a specific in-game medals to unlock. (Like overkill or a four kill streak) The only armor that doesn\'t need a medal to unlock is a type of armor with a Japanese name that I can\'t remember. To get that you need to play on Legendary and gather all 13 skulls in campaign.
