How do you get all the forms in Kingdom Hearts 2?

Valor - You get this form after you get the new clothes at Yen Sid's Castle. You get here by going in the blue train in Twilight Town.

Wisdom - You get this for after you complete Timeless River, which is a world in Disney Castle.

Master - You get this form after you meet Mickey in Hollow Bastion. You will meet Mickey in Ansem's Study.

Final - How to get this form: After the cutscene where Sora fights Roxas in The World that Never Was, go to the Olympus Colosseum and go into the Cerberus Cup. Use Master form while in the cup. If you don't get it after using Master form, try using Master form in the same cup until you do get it. After you get it leave the Cup and Final form will be in your Drive form list.
