Well you need action replay for doing this bit of work. What you do is get the wild Pokemon modifier code (catch Dialga/Pialka first depending on if you want to or which game). Then after entering said code (I personally recommend the one that says it just appears not the masterball and ultraball one). then Ha, catch it. (also do the 999 masterball cheat and 999 rare candy).
