As soon as you complete your Hoenn Pokédex, talk to Professor Birch. He then will give you ONE of the three Johto starters: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile.
Sadly, you cannot get all three unless you do one of the following:
Trade from another trainer
OR
Use Action Replay, GameShark, Or another game cheating device.

∙ 10y agoThere's no possible way to get them in fire red and or leaf green you must trade from emerald and or sapphire and or ruby, after you complete the hoen pokedex (the whole pokedex) After completing the elite four go to Prof. Burch and he will say "you've completed the hoen pokedex these are rare Pokemon from a nother regin pick one you've deserve it you get to pick chickoreta cyndaquil and todadile. You onl get to pick on so then trade to fire red on each if you have E,S,R, then you have them. Hope this helped!
