You need to trade with other people to get all three.
Well, actually its a glitch. first you save before you go in prof elms lab to choose starter (Dont save anymore yet) then choose a starter Pokemon, then go through story till you get 5 pokeballs, after that catch 2 Pokemon, put your starter and another Pokemon in one box then switch the box to box 2. while your saving turn the power off. Since you saved before you chose starter you get to choose again and when you go into box 1 youll have another starter Pokemon. do that 2 times to get all three starter Pokemon. Hope this helps =D
