If you have another copy of Pokemon Diamond or have Pearl or Platinum with a different DS, you can trade between systems and have one of them start a new file and pick the Starter you are missing to trade to your primary Pokemon Diamond file. It'd be easier to have a friend help you as well.

First start your game and choose one of the starters, Secondly talk a friend who just got the game into trading one of your Pokemon for a starter Pokemon. then after you trade, your friend can delete their game and start again with the starter Pokemon you don't have, then trade again! Then... Viola! you have all three!
