- Six years is a long time to finally decide you actually love your ex boyfriend. You first must find out if he has a girlfriend or possibly married and if he is either then you left it to late. If he doesn't have a girlfriend and isn't married then telephone him and see if he will meet up with you so you can discuss how you feel with him and hopefully you have matured throughout the six years and can explain to him you have matured and realize how much you love him.
