firstly the Pokemon is called arceus and the way to get it is that you have to go to a event but it has finish so the ONLY way is to buy an action replay get the code for the azure Flute and go to mt cornet and you have to blow the flute and a height of stairs come up climb up the stairs and you will see arceus at level 80
