take the event arceus to the ruins of aplh(might of spelled it wrong) and go to the house u see when u go in there and try to walk in and some one will pop out and have you folow him and when u do u will be taken to some snow covered temple and there will be a miner and do what he ses and you will meet cythia(spelled it wrong) from sinnoh and she will tell u a few things and u will get to choose from getting a lvl 1 dialaga,palkia or giratina. i hope that solves your question =)
