if you are involved in a police chase, go to the airport, the helicopters cant get clearance to get near because of the other planes there.

Yes this is partly true, but the Airport security teams also have Multiple level CCTV security cameras and guards that watch the plane doors for any intruders, and there is guards with H&K mp5 9mm sub-machine guns ready to shoot you on site if anything bad has occured..

to escape, you would need a safehouse or a secure area, if you see 2 police in front of you and multiple rooms and side alleys, use your initiative you run to the side and go through multiple alleys to screw with your enemies mind to go to a different area to where they are heading, you can also crash through a door, and jump over the top of buildings, you can just get on a civillian train where the is no

police, polis, politzie and anti-social forces, armed teams are a different matter, if you have for example a S.W.A.T. team armed with M4 carbines and Sniper Rifles, then you are f***** in short, but if you are good enough with blending in the darkness, say you are in a very highly populated area, in the centre of a town, if you look at CCTV and know when and where they turn to a different FOV you can blend past them, you can get cover from the people around you, and mistake someone else for you, then just escape through areas not used, like maintenance areas and exits and places like that

now, in basic retrospect, if you have training in a Organisation, say you really ARE a Rogue agent from example, the CIA, or another company, if you have military training and enough mind power and intelligence, you can blend through any situation without deviation,

in short, Yes you can, but you have to be trained and willpowered enough with intelligence,

Well it kinda depends how many stars you have?

If you 1-2 stars its real easy. Just drive around town and eventually they will stop chasing you. 3 stars is a bit tough but all you need to do is just drive around for a bit longer and eventually you will get away. DO NOT get 4 or 5 stars because than they bring out the tanks and they do not ever stop chasing.
