What I did is drink lots of water, and I had fiber. Some fibers include, Fiber Bar, corn, and broccoli. And, when you try to go to the bath room, try to put on Vaseline. Spread it on you're anus. It helps. Its normal if this lasts for three days. It hurts to go, but you will feel so much better once you get the poo out. Remember to get away form dairy when you have constipation. So, if you think you are having too much dairy, you should cut back. And that's what can cause the constipation. That's what happened to me! <♥>
