To get your Points2Shop account back you must send in a support ticket. (They often send you one automatically when they ban/freeze you.) Then you have to talk to support and they will tell you why you got frozen for. They will then most likely ask for a picture of your I.D., and your Address off a piece of mail.
Of course if you gen banned/frozen too many times they won't unfreeze you.
