There isn't such a thing as the Sinnoh Ruins. However, there is a Sinjoh Ruins. You can get there by taking an Arceus to the Ruins of Alph. Put Arceus first in your party and go outside the Research Lab. A man will come out. Follow him to get to the Sinjoh Ruins.

β 13y agohi chris here with out the magnet train the fastest way to get back to johto is to fly to the Indigo Plato from there you can fly anywhere
