To get Bagon, walk, bike or fly to Fallarbor Town, then go to a cave called, Meteor Falls. If you've been there before, and you have been to the top, go to a dead end where you find TM02, Dragon Claw. Run around or use sweet scent. You find in there a couple Bagons, Lunatones and Golbats.
