Better catch rates depend on the type of pokeball you use so if you use the original pokeball your catch rate is not that good against higher level pokmeon so get great balls or ultra balls to get a higher catch rate. Or get the custom pokeballs like the net ball which makes bug and water Pokemon easier to catch or the dive ball which makes it easier to catch Pokemon underwater or the repeat ball which makes it easier to catch a Pokemon you have owned before like a zigzagoon, timer balls get a better catch rate the longer the battle lasts so if you take 10 turns then throw the timer ball it will most likely work, nest balls make it easy to catch weaker Pokemon(depends on level), that's all but one more thing. I have tried this and it works its a catching trick that makes catching Pokemon a breeze it doesn't work all the time but it usually does. After hurting the wild Pokemon throw an ultra ball or any other pokeball and after throwing as soon as the ball touches the Pokemon press B and A together then when it falls on the ground press Right, B, A, then it will fall again and press Left, B, A, the last time it falls press Down, B, A then let the pokeball move without pressing anything and it should work.
