Yes. The Sims 3 has great clothing. I just bought the game and I have all the other ones and this one actually has stylish clothing. The Sims 2 and 1 would slow down the computer becasue of all the clothes but on the Sims 3 the clothes are nice so it is faster!

As it is an expansion pack, you have to have the sims 1 or deluxe no matter what.It adds onto the original to make it better

If you haven't got it already, sims 3 is reaaallly good :) I went from the complete sims 1 to sims 3 and in comparison it is soooooooooo much better!

Yes, its good. to be fair sims 2 and 3 are better, but there is still fun stuff on sims 1. like burning your sims. (wich you can still do on 2 and 3.)

Any sims game is the same as the original sims game, just more advanced, example:sims 1 compared to sims 3 One thing I don't get is the sims games on the Wii like My sims. Is sims 2 better than sims 1 and why?
The Sims 2 is better than the first. It has better graphics, a wider selection of options for creating sims and the closer camera angles. It's brill, but it's a lot of hassle. As in sims 1 you just have a click here a click there there finished . You do have a wide variety of choices on sims 1, the sims creator. You get to paint your own design and logos on sims 1 . And on the sims creator ,webcam yourself with a photo load the photo, and your face will appear on the sim. But sim 2 is also good, you can camcord it and ...well you get the point! The Sims 2 also has aging, wants and fears, which are huge gameplay improvments.
