You can get the Revolution DLC a couple of ways:
1. Buying the Season Pass through the Black Ops 2 link at the MP screen (Store link), GameStop, Xbox Live, or PlayStation Store.
2. Buying the Revolution DLC separately at Gamestop, Xbox Live, or Playstation Store.
With the individual prices of each DLC, it's cheaper to just buy the Season Pass. Revolution was pretty good - only 1 map isn't that great, and the other 3 are excellent.
