There are two ways to change skin color.

One is the five "balloon colors" on the island of Early Poptropica.

(Go to Early Poptropica, all the way left to Poptropica Towers, and click on a balloon)

The second is the hot key change on your keyboard : holding down CTRL and ALT, then pressing "S" will toggle through a wide variety of complexions.
