Beat the subspace emissary and you will unlock the mode its under solo and stadium then choose boss battles you can do it with 2 people however if your trying to complete the vault you can't unlock the items that say beat boss battles with 10 characters or 20 characters or all characters you must do this with one player for the other vault items that mention do it on very hard mode and the other modes you can do that with a friend.

∙ 13y agoYou'll have to beat Petey Pirahna in World 5 with a small mushroom to get to World 7 which the boss is Lakitu's Father. He is on a black cloud that shoots out thunder bolt and he could shoot spikey's in diagonal directions.
