Go to your local Walmart or Kmart. If you don't have any near you, look in other stores. There are costume stores, like Reapers Revenge. If you looked in Walmart or Kmart, And there are no Reapers Revenges, borrow a cheerleader uniform from anyone you know, put the toddlers hair in pigtails (i LOVE pigtails..) with ribbons. Then all you need is pom poms. Borrow those too. Either you can do this, or make a costume. Which is NOT fun. Hope this helped :)
