if i remember corectly, it is at mt. moon in kanto. this is just a thing to remember, this hapens in crystal, cant remember if it happens in gold, but monday after 6pm, the clefairys dances aroud a stone, you cant catch the clefairys, but if you smash the stone there lays a moon stone under.
