All yo have to do is the hings it says. Keep your sims happy and when you send them to work make em "work hard". If they dont feel AWESOME then have then suck up to boss or even chat or meet co-workers. Also make sure your cooking skill is good and high. Besides that there is nothing else to it. Good luck :)
