Ok In Canalave city(you'll need a national dex btw) the house closest to the sailor and the boat go in it. there should be a boy lying in bed. talk to the mom and then go to the sailor he will ask you to go to iron island or full moon island. go up to creselia then grab the feather thingy go back to the boy and give it to him. now use the traveling Pokemon poketch and creselia will be a traveling Pokemon.
