Press 'a' on it and you will have it. Then go back to the kid on nightmare and press 'a' on him. It will say the lunar wing is starting to shine then he'll wake up and then cressilia will be running around Sinnoh and you can always go to full moon island so you track cressilia on the 'marking map' on your poketech.
