first you need to have a membership card then go to canalve city then go to the house that you can't go in then you sleep in the bed then your in a dream then you go in the trees that has a shadow on the floor then talk to this black guy then youl bump into a nasty darkry

You need the Member Card, in Canalave City, A sailor will then take you to Fullmoon island where he can be caught. Unfortunately, the member card can only be obtained through Nintendo Events, or cheating. He is only available in Pokemon Diamond Pearl and Platinum he will be at level 40 or 50, depending on the game etc. He is also available through giveaway events, at Toys R Us etc.
