First of all it's Dailga and what you do is go to Spear Piller ( in Pokemon Diamond ) and battle the first two Team Galatic grunts, then two Team Galatic leaders, then the Team Galatic commander, then you battle Dailga and use a Master Ball and if you don't have one I can't tell you what to do besides do what you normally do with other pokemon.
