Get your sword skill up to 20th level. It goes very slow after about 10; you might want to get some "armsmaster" type innocents on your weapon to improve your weapon skill gain.
A prinny comes from the series Disgaea, in which there are three main games (Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, Disgaea: Cursed Memories, and Disgaea: Absence of Justice). When a person dies on Earth but has sinned, it becomes a prinny in one of the netherworlds (alernate hells, if you must) to repay its sins. A prinny looks like a blue penguin who has been sewn up from parts. Some prinnies however are a different colour, like green or pink. They tend to repeat the phrase "dude" alot, however it is spelt "dood". Eg. "I want that cake, doooood!" Hope that helps :]
km/h stands for kilometer per hour :)

Looks like cubic meters per hour to me, i.e. it should have been written with the 3 as a superscript and a slash between the m3 and the hour - I'll try to show you: m3/hour
[ kilometers per hour ] = [ length / time ] = [ L T-1 ]
