On the 10th floor of the Solar Cave is where you can find a Dive HM. I recommend teaching it to one of your pokemon. Whooper is a good one if you have him. You'll need a key. Bring an escape orb just in case you get in trouble.

Heh, that's what happened to me! Well, you've gotta go to Solar Cave, bringing along a key, and on the 30th floor go and open up the chamber, if you don't have Dive anymore that's what it'll be. Note:You can do this as many times as needed when you lose Dive. ~PikiSkymin.
