you get drifloon at the valley windworks on fridays it will be out kind like a legendary Pokemon so its not in patches of grass its not a legendary but it will be close to the door its about lvl 20 something so good luck. Note one will always appeare at the valley windworks every Friday so you can catch as many as you want. it will some times be lvl 22 but if you kill it you cant get it again for the week.so SAVE

∙ 12y agoYou will have to wait until it is Friday. At Friday you have to go to valley windworks, right from Floaroma town. There, before the house, you will see a Driffloon. You have to talk with it and he will attack and you catch it(don't you?)

Without trading, Pokemon Ranger, and/or action replay, it is not possible. (I don't know if Manaphy is 150 or 151 in Sinnoh Pokedex.) Drifbloon can be found at the Valley Windworks just east of Floaroma Town. It only appears on Frindays and after you have saved the Windwork's manager. It doesn't appear in the grass but as an NPC. You can only battle it once evry Friday, if you accedentaly knock it out you'll have to wait until next Friday. Also, do NOT try to mess with the DS's internal clock: the game will make you wait another 24 hours so it won't do you any good.
