First after you beat the leat four then you go to the little island there's a wowen'll fight with you she will use dustclops then you use master ball (if you have one) sometimes you won't catch it just keep trying.
PS if you don't have a master ball well to bad you miss your chance.
but my advice is keep your master ball, don't use it for Dialga or Palkia.
