you cant really get him for free but heres how: i think you need to to a wuest...NO THATS NOT RIGHT! actully you have to surscribe to moshi magazine buy a copy and it will come with a code that you can get a seed plant it there with 2 other random plants and you get him.
[i think its pretty old now you know and i havnt seen those sups in the mags so im not quite sure that you can still get him but you can try.]
